President Container Group (PCG), a family-owned corrugated packaging manufacturer with over 75 years in the industry, is showcasing its 625,000-square-foot Super Plant in Middletown, NY. Operating 24/5, the facility runs on cutting-edge equipment, including two 110-inch Fosber corrugators and three Mitsubishi Evol Flexo Folder Gluers, allowing PCG to hit fast turnaround times and high production volumes while maintaining strict automated quality control. The plant supports a wide range of industries, from food and retail to e-commerce, distribution, beauty, and fashion, offering customized packaging solutions built for efficiency and brand impact.
Beyond its manufacturing capabilities, PCG has made sustainability a core part of the operation, powering the plant with a neighboring 13-acre solar farm, the largest privately owned installation of its kind in New York State. With over 19,000 solar panels producing 2.2 megawatts of clean energy, the site runs largely on renewable power.
