What goes into our custom corrugated boxes
Every box starts with four decisions: structure (regular slotted, die-cut, mailer or display), board grade and flute for strength, right-sized dimensions to cut damage and freight, and graphics. We print up to six colors direct plus high-graphic lithographic labels, and add die-cut inserts or partitions where products need them. It is all produced at our 625,000-square-foot, solar-powered super plant — two corrugators and more than 30 converting machines turning out over 2.3 billion square feet a year.
