A Full Overlap box, commonly abbreviated as FOL, is a corrugated box style in which the outer flaps extend the full width of the box, completely overlapping each other when closed. Unlike the RSC where outer flaps merely meet at the center, the FOL provides a double layer of corrugated board on the top and bottom surfaces. This extra material significantly increases both flat crush resistance and stacking strength.
